I have been studying and practicing manual Osteopathy since 2010 and graduated from the Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO) in Toronto, Ontario in 2019.

The CCO program in Osteopathy Manual Practice consisted of 5 years of intensive in-class instruction and clinical training, with an additional year to complete a required research component.

My research study titled, “The Effect of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Voice Quality”, was granted an award by an international jury.

In 2018, I completed a diploma program in Massage Therapy at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek, Ontario.

I am a member of OsteopathyBC which holds the highest standards for membership and is recognized by most extended health insurance providers. To learn more about OsteopathyBC follow the link  provided below.

I continue to attend post-graduate courses to improve my skils and improve outcomes for my clients.
