I have 15 years experience studying and practicing manual osteopathy. My approach is patient-centred and collaborative, using careful assessment and gentle, hands-on treatment to support the body’s capacity for balance, adaptation, and healing.

I completed my studies at Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO) Toronto in 2018, defending my research in 2019. The CCO offered a rigorous program spanning five years of intensive in-class instruction and clinical training, plus an additional year dedicated to original research. Grounded in traditional osteopathic principles and treatment approaches the CCO program is recognized as having met the World Health Organization’s "Benchmarks for Training in Osteopathy" and graduates are accepted by Osteopathic Associations across Canada.

I am a member of OsteopathyBC which maintains the highest professional standards and is the largest and most recognized professional association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners in BC (see link below).

I have attended numerous advanced clinical courses to expand my knowedge and skills.

  • Advanced Pediatric Osteopathic Techniques

  • Specific Adjustment Treatment

  • Role of the Artery in Osteopathic Treatment

  • Embryological Considerations in Osteopathic Treatment

  • Biodynamics of Osteopathy (J. Jealous D.O.) Levels 2 & 3  â€‹â€‹
