No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair access to appointment times and to respect the time of both clients and practitioners, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies:

Cancellation Policy

Clients make an effort to provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is defined as:

  • Failure to arrive for the scheduled appointment without prior notice, or

  • Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice.

  • In the event of a no-show, the appointment will be forfeited, and a $50 no-show fee may be charged.

Repeated No-Shows

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limitations on future bookings.

Emergencies

Genuine emergencies and illnesses are always considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the practitioner.
